We are third generation masons, the first Hochstetler Masonry originating in Ohio in 1945.
Our Arizona company, Hochstetler Masonry Inc., was incorporated in 1996 and has 50 to 60 employees, depending on work load. These skilled craftsman do quality work and have completed some outstanding projects, six of which have won Arizona Bricklayers Guild awards, see below for specifics. Our projects have appeared in several issues of Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine, Masonry Construction Magazine, Stone World Magazine, and The Arizona Republic & Gazette.

The Arizona Masonry Guild’s Excellence in Masonry Architectural Awards program recognizes outstanding masonry projects in Arizona featuring brick, block and stone in recognition for excellence in design, workmanship and creativity. This annual program is sponsored by the Arizona Masonry Guild, Inc. Established in 1958, the non-profit organization is celebrating over 50 years of service to both the masonry industry and Arizonans.
Award jury is comprised of architects & masonry contractors located outside of Arizona and can include Citation, Merit, and Honor recognitions. A single outstanding project receives the AMG Gold Trowel Award…the highest honor.
